An unintended diversion... As I was enroute to cross the VIC and SA border I got a bit curious when I saw “Pink Lakes" and thought I might as well take a chance since I was already behind schedule anyway.
I knew that pink lakes are not always pink, so I didn’t expect much. But I was stoked to have found it better than I imagined! There was a free campsite, so I stayed the night, waking up early, I was greeted with a bright pink sunrise reflected across the lakes...
