RETURN POLICY

1. Australian Consumer Law Guarantees

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

2. No Change of Mind Returns

Please choose your products carefully. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or store credits if you simply change your mind, make a wrong selection, or find the item cheaper elsewhere.

3. Damaged or Faulty Goods

If an item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at theearthenexplorer@gmail.com with your order number and clear photographs of the issue.

For Earthen Artworks: Please note that our consumer guarantees and repair obligations do not apply to products that are broken, dropped, or otherwise damaged in your possession due to accidental damage, misuse, or improper handling. However, because these are unique earthen artworks, we want to help you preserve them. If your artwork experiences damage while in your care, please feel free to contact us or utilize our community resources for advice on how to safely repair your piece.

4. Return Shipping for Faulty Items

We will cover or reimburse all reasonable return shipping costs for items confirmed to have damage. We will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label or instruct you on how to return the item to our base.

5. Shipping Restrictions

We ship exclusively to addresses within Australia. We do not ship internationally, and returns cannot be accepted from outside Australia.
